All materials, products, and written content created by Nexus Publishers INC. are entirely original and custom-developed for each client. Upon full delivery and payment, you receive complete ownership and copyright of the final materials provided.

You agree to use these materials responsibly and to safeguard them against unauthorized reproduction or distribution. Nexus Publishers INC. shall not be held liable for any misuse, alteration, or unauthorized sharing of content after delivery. Any unauthorized duplication or dissemination of content may result in civil or criminal penalties under applicable law.

2. Commitment to Authenticity

Integrity and originality form the cornerstone of our work. We strictly prohibit plagiarism, copyright infringement, and all forms of unethical content creation.

Our team complies with relevant copyright regulations and adheres to professional writing and publishing standards. However, once materials are delivered, clients assume full responsibility for their ethical use. 3. Use of Images

Unless specifically created by our in-house illustrators, Nexus Publishers INC. does not claim ownership or copyright over any images used, sourced, or recommended in a project.

We do not utilize copyrighted visuals without authorization. Clients may be provided with links to suggested images that can be independently licensed. You are welcome to use royalty-free or appropriately licensed images at your discretion, ensuring compliance with the rights and licenses set by their respective owners.

4. Refund Policy

We are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in every client relationship. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

While Nexus Publishers INC. offers a 100% refund guarantee in eligible cases, certain exceptions apply to ensure mutual accountability:

Refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:

  • The client has selected a special or custom service package.
  • Revision requests exceed the original project scope or agreed number of concepts.
  • The client remains unresponsive for more than fourteen (14) consecutive days.
  • The project is paused, delayed, or canceled at the client’s request.
  • The client violates company terms or policies.
  • The provided brief lacks essential information needed to complete the project.
  • The client’s business undergoes closure, rebranding, or name change during the project.
  • Refund requests based on subjective reasons (e.g., “change of mind,” internal disagreement) are not valid.
  • Once multiple revision rounds have been completed and approved, refunds no longer apply.
  • All refunds, if applicable, shall be issued by Nexus Publishers INC., in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

Our objective is to balance fairness with quality assurance, ensuring every client receives exceptional service and value.

5. Revisions Policy

Editing Projects:Revisions are provided to correct factual, grammatical, or technical inaccuracies. Once the deliverables meet professional standards, further revisions may be granted at our discretion.

Writing Projects: We offer revisions until client approval of each section is received. After approval, any further stylistic or structural changes are billable at our standard editing rates.

This policy ensures clarity, quality, and collaboration, while respecting the creative effort invested in every project.

6. Limitation of Liability

By engaging our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Nexus Publishers INC., its employees, affiliates, and partners harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from the use or inability to use our materials or services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Technical or system-related issues (e.g., data loss, connectivity errors).
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party factors.
  • Any damages resulting from website use or reliance on online information.
  • Minor typographical or content discrepancies within published materials.

You further agree to defend and indemnify Nexus Publishers INC. from any third-party claims resulting from your misuse of services or violation of these Terms.
